MY PROCESS AND APPROACH

Each of my works is the result of constant exploration and a focus on innovation as well as emotional and spiritual authenticity, with the intention of challenging traditional perceptions of art, seeking to invite deeper reflection through a transformative aesthetic experience.
My intention is to develop compositions that seek to uplift the spirit, stimulate the mind, and transform each space into a unique artistic statement.

CULL ART

Although the use of discarded materials in art has been a common practice among artists around the world for decades, these works have typically emerged in isolation, without being framed within a formal or unified artistic movement. Cull Art, a term I have been using since 2023, was created precisely to bring together and give identity to these expressions, establishing a contemporary movement that redefines waste as both aesthetic material and social message.

The name Cull Art comes from the English verb to cull, which means to select or discard, directly referencing the act of choosing objects deemed as trash to transform them into art. This duality—discarding and creating—is the conceptual core of the movement: giving new life to what the world throws away.

Cull Art is not just a technique; it is a vision—a space where art, environmental awareness, and symbolic transformation come together.

The notion of legacy suggests a symbolic construction that transcends the immediate. In my artistic practice, embracing that horizon is not a goal but a position—a conscious stance. The constant tension between the ephemeral and the enduring, between searching and finding, forms an essential part of the creative meaning that drives my work. These challenges, in constant evolution, shape the conceptual matrix from which my pieces emerge.
